Can guests book appointments themselves?
Yes. Guests can request appointments or book directly through the booking feature, depending on the offer's configuration. Your team can convert requests into confirmed appointments.
Are staff and resources taken into account?
Staff availability is entered in the shift planner and taken into account when scheduling appointments. You can also allocate rooms, equipment and devices to treatments.
Can I manage courses and group activities too?
Yes. Alongside individual appointments, you can manage yoga, hikes or bike tours, for example. You can set a minimum number of participants and a maximum number of places for each course.
What happens if a course is cancelled?
You can cancel courses in the Planner. All registered guests are automatically notified of the cancellation.
Can therapy appointments be planned before arrival?
Yes. Appointments can be planned in advance and only become visible to guests after arrival. This lets your team adjust the schedule beforehand.
How are charges posted to the guest account?
Treatments can be posted to a guest's folio through a supported PMS integration. Available features depend on your integration and hotel configuration. Together, we clarify how to connect your existing PMS.
